By what date must I complete my Safety and Max Days Worked form?

By the 10th day of the month preceding the month of availability, your first two weeks should be completed. You can also submit the entire month at that time. The second half of month availability is due on the 20th if not already submitted.

Step 1: Complete your availability for each day and time in When I Work by the required date for the coming month.

Step 2: Complete your Safety and Max Days Worked form through the link above for the respective month by the required date.
